In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll be introduced to the secrets of traditional Tuscan cooking and learn how to prepare a menu inspired by timeless Italian recipes—think fresh pasta, hearty sauces, and simple, high-quality ingredients sourced locally. As you chop, stir, and create under the chef’s guidance, you’ll learn techniques that have been passed down through generations. The chef shares tips and stories about each recipe, deepening your connection to the ingredients and the region’s culinary heritage. Once the dishes are ready, you’ll savor the fruits of your labor, enjoying each course alongside expertly paired wines from the very vineyards surrounding you.

Then, guided by our winemaker, experiment with different combinations to craft a blend that reflects your taste. And no wine is complete without its label: design your own, and we’ll print it for you—an unforgettable experience for wine lovers.

This experience includes a full-course lunch at Villa Pesanella. Comfortable footwear suitable for outdoor activities is required.

A blind tasting will follow to test your new skills, and you’ll then dive into the art of balancing flavors, learning how to pair wines with food to bring out the best in both.
